Minimum redemption is 500 points.
Are all purchases eligible for earning and redeeming points?
No. Points are only earned on online orders and are not available for in-store purchases.
Excluded items include massage chairs, air purifiers, water purifiers, bidets, and related parts for both earning and redeeming.
When are points added to my account?
Points are issued after order completion and once the 30-day return period has passed.
Do my points expire?
Points earned from purchases do not expire.
However, coupons created from points expire after 30 days.
