Please note: Our products come with a 1-year warranty. However, the warranty does not cover parts and accessories such as the inner pot, drain dish, steam vent, etc. These items must be purchased separately. Warranty requests submitted for these parts and accessories will be rejected with no exceptions. Repair services for products outside of this period may be subject to a fee.
