CUCKOO 1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY 
At CUCKOO, we believe in enhancing lives through thoughtful innovation, and that means standing behind the quality of our products. We’re committed to delivering exceptional service and support, so you can enjoy your CUCKOO product to its fullest. Here’s what you need to know about our warranty:

WARRANTY PERIOD
Our 1-Year Limited Warranty begins from the date of your original purchase.
(Please note: Commercial models CR-3032 and CR-3055 are covered by a 6-month limited warranty only.)

WHAT'S COVERED
We’ve got you covered! This warranty includes any internal parts related to functionality that prove defective under normal use during the warranty period.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover:
✔ Accessories like the inner pot, rubber packing, drain dish, steam vent, and other consumable parts
✔ Cosmetic issues, wear and tear, or any damage to the exterior finish
✔ Products or gifts purchased from third-party sellers

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Our warranty doesn’t cover:
✔ Damage caused during delivery or improper installation
✔ Issues caused by misuse, accidents, or incorrect voltage
✔ Service calls that aren’t related to product defects

CONSUMER RESPONSIBILITY
The cost of handling exclusions is on the customer, so we recommend keeping your unit in top shape to avoid additional charges.

HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM
To initiate a warranty claim, here’s what you need:
✔ Keep your original sales receipt as proof of purchase
✔ Provide the receipt when requesting warranty service

NOTICE TO MINNESOTA RESIDENTS

Effective January 1, 2025, under Minnesota’s “Amara’s Law”, the sale of cookware containing intentionally added PFAS (perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances) is prohibited.

The CUCKOO products qualify as “cookware” under Amara’s Law and include intentionally added PFAS for its nonstick functionality.

If you are a Minnesota resident, you may not purchase Cuckoo products that include non-stick inner pots. If a Minnesota resident purchases the product with non-stick features, CUCKOO will consider the product sold “as is” and “with all faults.”

This means CUCKOO disclaims all warranties for Minnesota buyers, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The entire risk as to the product’s quality and performance lies with the buyer, to the maximum extent permitted under Minnesota and U.S. federal laws.

This notice supersedes any conflicting terms in any product warranty documentation.
