Warranty Policy
CUCKOO Electronics America will repair or replace, at its option, any product that proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period listed below from the date of original purchase. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser with a receipt and within the warranty period. CUCKOO Electronics America covers the United States and Canada.

Accessories (Inner pot, rubber packing, drain dish, steam vent, etc.)

LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTY
No other express warranty applies to this product. The duration of any implied warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability, is limited to the duration of the express warranty stated herein. CUCKOO Electronics Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss of product use, inconvenience, loss, or any other damages, whether direct or consequential, arising from the use of or inability to use this product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts. Therefore, these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not cover the following cases:
✔ Damage resulting from delivery mishandling or improper installation.
✔ Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or incorrect electrical current or voltage.
✔ Service calls that do not involve defects in materials or workmanship, or those required solely to explain the operation of the unit.
CONSUMER RESPONSIBILITY
The costs associated with the above exclusions are the consumer's responsibility.
WARRANTY CLAIM REQUIREMENTS
To obtain warranty coverage, you must:
✔ Retain your original sales receipt as proof of purchase.
✔ Provide a copy of your sales receipt at the time warranty service is requested.
