Membership

As long as you sign up or log in via Shop or Shopify’s 6-digit verification code, you will automatically be registered as a CUCKOO Bird member and enrolled in our rewards program.

Even if you checkout as a guest, you may still earn points; however, points can only be redeemed once you officially register as a member.

Earn Points

Earn 1 point for every $1 spent
Points are awarded for online orders only (POS purchases excluded)
Points are issued after order completion and after the 30-day return period
Cancelled or returned orders will have points deducted
Points are calculated based on product subtotal only (excluding discounts, taxes, and shipping)

Redeem Points

Use points for order discounts
100 points = $1
Minimum redemption: 500 points
Points can be applied at checkout

Points Expiration

Points earned from purchases do not expire. However, if points are converted into coupons, those coupons will expire 30 days after issuance.

Rewards Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Cuckoo Electronics America, Inc. (“CUCKOO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you, governing your participation in the CUCKOO Nest Rewards Program (“Program”). By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The CUCKOO Nest Rewards Program (“Program”) allows eligible Members to earn and redeem CUCKOO Nest Rewards Points (“Points”) on qualifying purchases made at cuckooamerica.com. Points may be used for future purchases in accordance with these Terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Members must:

Have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
Not be prohibited from participation under applicable laws

Rewards are available only for orders shipped to valid residential or commercial addresses within the United States where shipping is supported by CUCKOO. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are not eligible. Certain products may be subject to restrictions on eligibility for rewards or shipment in specific states due to regulatory or compliance requirements.

CUCKOO reserves the right to verify eligibility and restrict participation at any time.

3. REGISTRATION

Members must create a free account at cuckooamerica.com and provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Customers who create an account are automatically enrolled in the CUCKOO Nest Rewards Program. Guests may earn Points on eligible purchases; however, redemption of Points is only available to registered Members.

The Program does not include a VIP or tiered membership structure. All Members earn Points based on qualifying purchases in accordance with these Terms.

Members are responsible for all activity conducted under their account. CUCKOO may suspend or terminate accounts and revoke Points if any information is found to be false, inaccurate, or incomplete.

CUCKOO reserves the right to deny participation or restrict access to the Program in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

4. EARNING POINTS

Members earn 1 Point per $1 spent on eligible online purchases only.

Points are:

Earned only on online orders (POS excluded)
Calculated based on product subtotal only (excluding discounts, promotions, taxes, and shipping fees)

5. POINT POSTING / TIMING

Points are issued only after order completion and upon expiration of the 30-day return period. Points are typically posted within approximately five (5) business days after the return period ends.

6. REDEMPTION

Minimum redemption: 500 Points
Conversion rate: 100 Points = $1 discount
No minimum purchase requirement
Maximum redemption may apply per transaction based on system limitations

Points may only be applied toward order subtotal discounts at checkout.
Points cannot be used for taxes, shipping fees, or other non-eligible charges.

7. RETURNS

If Points are earned on a purchase and the order is returned, the corresponding Points will be deducted.

If Points have been redeemed for a Reward Code and applied to an order:

The Reward Code is considered fully consumed upon redemption
It will not be reinstated, reissued, or reactivated
Points used to generate the Reward Code will not be recredited

8. EXPIRATION

Reward coupons issued through Points expire automatically one (1) month after issuance. As a benefit of the Program, Points currently do not expire. CUCKOO reserves the right to introduce or modify Point expiration policies in the future.

9. POINT RESTRICTIONS

Points:

Have no cash value
Do not constitute property
Cannot be exchanged for cash
Cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned
Are strictly tied to the Member account and for personal use only

10. PROGRAM MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

CUCKOO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

11. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

CUCKOO may suspend or terminate any account at any time for fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. All unused Points will be forfeited upon termination.

13. TAXES

Members are responsible for all applicable taxes related to participation or redemption of Points.

14. WARRANTY AND REPRESENTATIONS

Members represent that all provided information is true and accurate. CUCKOO is not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate or false information.

15. DISCLAIMER

THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. CUCKOO DOES NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR CONTINUOUS ACCESS TO THE PROGRAM.

16. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

Participation is limited to legal residents of the United States of America. CUCKOO reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, withdraw, or cancel the Program or these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. All Points have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash or any alternative form of compensation.
