Excellent Pressure Cooker
"Our first food venture using the Cuckoo was to see how well it cooked beef shank under high pressure. To our expectations it handled this with no issues and the beef was fork tender and melting. This venture is a prelude to cooking beef tendons. Although we had to guess, we weren't sure how much or little water to add. In hindsight our results were slightly more water than I envisioned. Our suggestion is to include a guide that provides suggestions on liquid amounts for braising, stew, and for dry beans. This would be enormously appreciated. All in all our first experience was that Cuckoo met our expectations with ease. Thank you."
