Ingredients
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 1¼ cups water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Zest of 1 lime
- Juice of 1 lime (2tablespoons)
- 2-3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
Directions
- Measure the rice, then rinse under cold water until it runs mostly clear. Add rice, water, butter, and salt to the inner pot.
- Close the lid and select White Rice, then Start. The cooker will automatically steam. Allow the cooker to complete its cycle.
