"Came on here thinking I could get some support because my cooker stopped working late last night, but found out that there is only a 1 year warranty on their products! Such a sad day it was. . . Let me just say, I have had my Cuckoo Pink CR-0631F since 2011. YES, I said 2011 gifted from my mother as a house warming gift from Hmart in Carrollton!!! This cooker NEVER EVER gave me any issues and I felt the need to HAVE to review this rice soldier!!! This product is fabulous in every way and the quality by far exceeds every expectation that a rice cooker can give you. . . Going to try to take a trip to the service center to see if mines can still be revived and give me a few more years, so wish me luck!!!"
