Our refurbished products are classified into two grades based on their condition:

Refurbished B: Like New
These items have been opened but show minimal or no signs of use. They’ve been thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and restored to excellent, like-new condition.

Refurbished C: Good Condition (Used)
These products were lightly used, cleaned, and restored to good working condition. While they may show more signs of use than Grade B, they still meet our high standards for quality and performance.
