WARRANTY PERIOD
Our 1-Year Limited Warranty begins from the date of your original purchase.
WHAT'S COVERED
We’ve got you covered! This warranty includes any internal parts related to functionality that prove defective under normal use during the warranty period.
WHAT'S NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover:
✔ Accessories like the inner pot, rubber packing, drain dish, steam vent, and other consumable parts
✔ Cosmetic issues, wear and tear, or any damage to the exterior finish
✔ Products or gifts purchased from third-party sellers

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Our warranty doesn’t cover:
✔ Damage caused during delivery or improper installation
✔ Issues caused by misuse, accidents, or incorrect voltage
✔ Service calls that aren’t related to product defects
CONSUMER RESPONSIBILITY
The cost of handling exclusions is on the customer, so we recommend keeping your unit in top shape to avoid additional charges.
HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM
