Steamed Bok Choy with Oyster Sauce
A classic side dish to accompany stir-fries and savory proteins, this steamed bok choy with oyster sauce will provide a healthy punch of flavor and texture to any meal.

- Bok choy: 1lb
- Oyster sauce: 4T
- Water: 1T
- Brown sugar: 1T
- Chopped garlic: 2T
- Soy sauce: 1T
- Cut bok choy into halves. Once cut place bok choy with 1/2c water into and set cooker to [STEAM COOK] for 10min. once cooked remove bok choy and water.
- For the sauce, set cooker to [BROWNING FRY level.#4] and add oyster sauce, water, sugar, garlic, soy sauce to pot and bring to a simmer.
- To finish, place bok choy on a plate and pour sauce on top and enjoy.
