Steamed Bok Choy with Oyster Sauce

  • Bok choy: 1lb
  • Oyster sauce: 4T
  • Water: 1T
  • Brown sugar: 1T
  • Chopped garlic: 2T
  • Soy sauce: 1T


  1. Cut bok choy into halves. Once cut place bok choy with 1/2c water into and set cooker to [STEAM COOK] for 10min. once cooked remove bok choy and water.
  2. For the sauce, set cooker to [BROWNING FRY level.#4] and add oyster sauce, water, sugar, garlic, soy sauce to pot and bring to a simmer.
  3. To finish, place bok choy on a plate and pour sauce on top and enjoy.
