- Pumpkin diced: 2c
- Heavy cream: 1/4c
- Butter: 2T
- White sugar: 1T
- Salt: 1T
- White pepper: 1t
- Short grain rice: 2c
- Vegetable stock: 2 1/2c
- Place pumpkin into the pot and [STEAM COOK level.#5] for 20min.
- Once steam removes from pot and mash mixture.
- Rinse pot then add stock, rice and set cooker to [PORRIDGE] for 50min.
- Once rice is finished, add mashed pumpkin, cream, butter, salt, pepper and stir until well incorporated.
- Place in bowl and enjoy.
