Japanese Beef Sukiyaki
A common Japanese weeknight dinner, you'll definitely enjoy this Japanese beef sukiyaki recipe that is made fun and easy with one multi-pressure cooker appliance. It perfectly compliments a bowl of white rice that can be made in advance in the same appliance.
Ingredients
- Soy sauce: 1/2c
- Mirin: 1c
- White sugar: 1/2c
- Sake: 1c
- Sesame oil: 1 teaspoon
- Water: 1c
- Thinly sliced ribeye: 1lb
- Cubed tofu: 1/2c
- Sliced button mushrooms: 1/2c
- Sliced onion: 1/4c
- Chopped green onion: 1/4c
- Egg: 1 piece
Directions
- Level: 1
- Prep Time: 20min
- Cooking time: 1hr
- Place all ingredients into pot and set cooker to [MULTI COOK] for 40min.
- once finished, spoon soup mixture into bowl. In a separate bowl crack egg and stir thoroughly. Dip meat, tofu, and vegetables into egg mixture and enjoy.
