Creamy Garlic Mushroom Soup

  • Olive oil: 2T
  • Low sodium vegetable stock: 3c
  • Heavy cream: 1c
  • Chopped onion: 1c
  • Chopped garlic: 3T
  • Chopped fresh parsley: 1/4c
  • Fresh thyme: 1T
  • Button mushrooms: 1/2lb
  • Cremini mushrooms: 1/2lb
  • Butter: 2T
  • Flour: 3T


  1. Set cooker on [BROWNING FRY level.#6] and place oil, garlic, thyme, butter and flour and cook and stir until onions are clear. [approx..5min]
  2. Once cooked place mushrooms and stock into a pot and set cooker to [SOUP] setting for 40min. once finished finish with cream and stir.
