Banana Bread Pudding

Make banana bread pudding without an oven, using a multi-cooker/slow cooker. This results in the most tender crumb because the cubed bread absorbs all the liquid goodness. It tastes amazing with a hot cup of coffee!

  • Bread: 4c (2" cube)
  • Eggs: 2
  • Vanilla extract: 1T
  • Salt: 1T
  • Walnut: 2c
  • Butter: 2T
  • Raisin: 1/2c
  • Banana: 1c (1/2" cut)
  • Heavy cream: 2c
  • Brown sugar: 1/2c
  • Cinnamon: 1T


  1. In a large mixing bowl place all ingredients in and mix thoroughly.
  2. Once mixed place mixture into the pot and set to [MULTI COOK LVL.#6] for 40min.
  3. Remove from the pot on to a plate and let cool to room temperature.
  4. Once cooled slice and serve!
