THE PERFECT RICE COOKER

"I've used a lot of rice cookers in my life, but the Cuckoo has surpassed all of them in quality and performance. I will never use another. Easy instructions, easy to clean, multiple languages, cooks multiple types of rice, and pressure cooks."

Claim Still Pending After Receiving Damaged Product

"I received my CRP-P1009S rice cooker with visible scratches inside the inner pot and marks/chipping on the heating plate area immediately after unboxing. Because of the condition, I was concerned that the unit may have been previously used or damaged before shipment. I submitted a claim on May 8, 2026 with photos attached, but the claim has remained in “Pending” status without any update so far. I understand investigations may take time, but I am disappointed by the lack of communication regarding a brand-new product issue. I hope the support team can review and resolve this matter soon."

Best Price Best Quality

"I used the black color of this rice cooker for about four years and was really happy with it, so this time I bought the white one. There are definitely fancier models out there, but for the price, I don’t think anything beats this one for everyday use without any issues. Moreover I don't need any other functions anyways. Now I’m planning to use the new one just for cooking rice and keep the old one for dishes like galbijjim and other recipes. The delivery was fast & on time as promised."

— Do Y. (5/5)

"Awesome"

— Hiep (5/5)
