All good, except the melting issue

"Well, it is designed to be a rice cooker and it does its job. So far I tried only three programs - white/sushi, quick and quinoa and the result was great. Very simple to use and easy to clean. The only negative aspect is that I discovered one day that one side of the case had a small portion melted (please see the picture). The cooker is still working but I am wondering if something bad is inside. Too late for return."

"When I purchase this product, my expectation was not so high because this one is not a high-end model like my old twin presurre rice cooker. But my white rice turned out with a great texture and this cooker is way better than my expectation! There are lots of features but especially I loved this new model's sleek design and the steam tray which is so handy for my healthy meals every day. Highly recommend to people who consider an affordable rice cooker."
