"I bought this Cuckoo electric pressure rice cooker about 8 years ago, and recently needed to replace the inner pot. I was pleasantly surprised that parts for an older model were still available. I was starting to worry that I might need to buy a completely new rice cooker, but thankfully that wasn’t necessary. Ordering online was easy, the delivery was fast, and the replacement fit perfectly. Very satisfied with the experience and happy I can continue using my rice cooker!"

It was during spring sales, so 10% off from regular price and shipping was included. Delivery was also fast. I ordered on Monday @ 5pm, received it on Wednesday lunchtime.
